She was born on November 20, 1971, in Kharkiv. She graduated from the Ukrainian Pharmaceutical Academy in 1996 and has been associated with the institution since 1989, starting as a junior laboratory assistant at the Department of Pharmacognosy (1989), progressing to a senior laboratory assistant (1997), then an assistant at the Department of Pharmacognosy (2001), followed by pursuing her postgraduate studies (2003), and later serving as an assistant at the Department of Natural Compounds Chemistry (2004), an associate professor at the Department of Natural Compounds Chemistry (2008), an associate professor at the Department of Natural Compounds Chemistry and Nutriciology (from 2019), and finally becoming an associate professor at the Department of Pharmacognosy and Nutriciology (from 2023). Since 2012, she has also taken on the role of a methodologist at the department.

Educational and Methodological Work:

She delivers lectures in courses such as “Pharmacognosy,” “Pharmacognosy with Fundamentals of Resource Awareness,” “Nutriciology,” and “Pharmacognostic Basics of Phytotherapy.” She is a co-author of more than 15 manuals and 25 educational programs.

Scientific Research Activities:

SShe successfully defended her candidate dissertation on the topic of “Pharmacognostic Study of Genera Malus and Pyrus” in 2007. She has authored more than 240 scientific works.

Community Involvement:

She served as the Secretary of the State Examination Commission (2008-2017), a member of the Admissions Committee, an examiner for professional exams, an examiner for admission to the master’s program (2008), and a member of the selection committee responsible for processing documents, compiling personal records, and reviewing motivational letters of Ukrainian citizens (2022).
