ROMANOVA Svitlana Viktorivna – assistant of the Department of Pharmacognosy and Nutritiology of NUPh, candidate of pharmaceutical sciences.
She was born on May 28, 1982 in Pervomaiskyi, Kharkiv region. In 2004, she graduated from the National University of Pharmacy with a degree in Pharmaceutical Technology with a qualification of a process-engineer. In 2004-2012 she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Pharmacognosy of the National University of Pharmacy, in 2013-2021 – Assistant of the Department of Botany, in 2021-2023 – Assistant of the Department of Pharmacognosy of the National University of Pharmacy.
Educational and methodical work
Teaching of the discipline “Pharmaceutical Botany” for students of the specialty “Pharmacy” of full-time and part-time forms of education. Tutor of the distance course “Anatomy and morphology of vegetative organs of plants. Morphology of generative organs of plants”.
She is responsible for the content of distance courses, for the content of the sites test.nuph.edu.ua and pharmel.kharkiv.edu. She is responsible for distance learning at the department.
Scientific research work
In 2012, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences on “Pharmacognostic study of representatives of the lentil genus” (supervisor – Prof. Kovalev S.V.). Author and co-author of more than 100 scientific papers, including 2 patents for invention, 34 scientific articles, 70 abstracts of scientific and practical conferences, 9 methodological works. Scientific direction – pharmacognostic study of plants of Ukraine (legumes, aroids, asters).
